Sound Design and Mastering

I led an initiative to transform the Refresh Sleep PDF into an engaging audio format, expanding accessibility for a community of 300 individuals at Illinois State University.

The recording was produced using professional microphones in a podcast studio and later remastered with Adobe Audition for enhanced sound quality. The original PDF documents, structured into eight distinct parts (designed for 8 weeks), contained three full pages each.
