Project Overview
(IN) is an app that allows users to look up various restaurants, look up their menu, and even reserve a seat or more.
Problem Statement:
Millennials and Gen Z in Nigeria are an outgoing and adventurous segment. I realized that young people who want to visit new restaurants depend on influencers’ posts on social media to pick their next restaurant adventure. Most times, people do not even know they need to book a seat in order to eat at the center restaurants. With (IN), users can scout hundreds of restaurants in Lagos, look up the menu and even reserve a seat.
Challenges:
An app that provides users with vast number of restaurants in Lagos
An app that helps users book a seat for their next restaurant visit
Easy to use app that gives users access to various meals on the go.

Project Overview:
WhatsApp is an internationally available American freeware that is owned by Meta. It allows users to send text and voice messages, make voice and video calls, and share images, documents, user locations, and other content. WhatsApp is also available to users on both mobile and desktop.
With the growth and popularity of the app, people want to do more. I create a new feature that will enable users to schedule their messages for later. This means individuals and businesses can plan out when they want a certain chat of theirs to be delivered based on time and date.

Problem Statement:
Some users find it hard to keep up with special dates (birthday text, anniversary text, etc), send out discount and sales messages, or even post or send out a particular response at a particular time.
The WhatsApp schedule feature will enable users to schedule messages for later, they also when to be able to have some level of control over the content they plan ( edit, delete, or copy). Users want to be able to schedule messages for later.
The goal:
This project seeks to create a better way for users to schedule messages for later in a convenient way.
I carried out both surveys and face-to-face interviews to sieve out the information below.
Solution:
To solve this, I visited the design thinking approach.
User Research: Summary
My research was solely qualitative research.
I structured my research based on face-to-face interviews and surveys. This enable me to get the genuine and structure information I needed to finalize my user research stage.
Sketch
In order to solve the issue of “pushing out certain messages for later”, I came up with a scheduling feature. Here is the look and feel of this feature:
